RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst in Fort Lauderdale, FL.Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Systems Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects
  • Helps define project scope and objectives
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance for the payroll team
  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
  • As a Payroll Systems Analyst, you will participate in special projects, upgrades or assignments and teaches other Analysts procedures, features, of products, etc.
  • Successfully manages the needs and expectations of Payroll time and attendance systems and possible migrations from current system (Kronos) to new versions and/or new applications


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate's degree or specialized training
  • Four years of related IS or Payroll experience
  • Kronos system administrator experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Kronos system configuration
  • Infor Workforce Management experience is preferred
  • Access database skills preferred with the ability to create and modify as needed
  • Lawson payroll experience preferred (will likely upgrade to Lawson Infor Global in 2023)
  • Attention to detail to document system processes and configuration accurately and effectively
  • Strong organizational skills required to insure most effective and timely delivery of service to clients
  • Command of the English language to be able to provide oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas
  • Ability to work as part of a team with clear verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio)
  • Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work independently
