Production Control Assistant

Archbald, PA

Contract Position

At Moseley we are supporting the largest defense contrators Missile and Fire Control program. The efforts of our employees are the key to the newest innovations in defense and aerospace.

We invite you to join our team supporting the most mission critical programs across the globe!

Responsibilities:

• Work on the shop floor.
• work centers on the shop floor and production
• Responsible for releasing work orders, prioritizing and expediting work through the shop, which will require a lot of coordination and communication with multiple functions.
• Sort, post, and file such paperwork as inventory records, production schedules, and other production control data.
• Keep records of number of units shipped and number of jobs in production.
• Status and expedite work orders through manufacturing facility.
• May prepare shop orders indicating such factors as style, size, quantity, and priority.
• May review stock records, consumption figures, and detail schedules to determine stock status against program requirements.
• May prepare input forms for automated data processing system and may operate personal computer equipment.
• Perform other clerical tasks relating to duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP software
• Attention to detail and organization
