Our client in the higher-ed space is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst for a 4-5 month long contract. This role is 100% remote, but must work EST hours. This role requires a very high degree of analytical thinking, strategic insight, and the ability to translate external data into actionable insights.

Management and administration of the following market intelligence programs:
* Customer Satisfaction
* Manage CL's customer satisfaction program to identify actionable trends/issues across the organization
* Ensure survey question data is properly captured and imported into Qualtrics
* Monitor survey responses and adjust volume as needed

Experiences and Competencies Required:
* Analytic mindset. Able to translate data from disparate sources into actionable insights
* 3+ years of experience in competitive analysis, marketing intelligence and/or product marketing in high performing organizations
* Proficient with tools to analyze/model competitive, customer satisfaction, research and pricing data (qualitative and quantitative)
