PureRED is looking for an Account Executive (AE) who will be responsible for producing promotional print and digital material for a major home improvement retailer and help with various other accounts. Has the ability to take campaign elements and rework them into a variety of applications including signage, circulars and direct mail pages. This role understands the production process in terms of proofing cycles, versioning, fast time lines and coordinates deliverables with all stakeholders. The AE possesses the technical knowledge to setup and or modify files in preparation for printed media.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Maintain the flow of multiple jobs by making sure all customer requests are completed accurately and on schedule
• Proactively run reporting to ensure data is flowing smoothly between the client's systems and ours
• Responsible for entering and validating data related to priced advertising materials
• Assist with error control by proofreading and ensuring accuracy of content
• Support the development and testing of any new system enhancements
• Ownership of project throughout the entire process while being the primary interface with our internal client service team and production
• Communicate production schedules, key milestones, and deadlines to all project stakeholders
• Manage a project to be completed on time, within product and produce quality work that aligns with client expectations
• Collaborate closely with production, creative, and prepress departments to ensure all client requests are executed on-time and meet both PR and client's standards.
