At DraftKings, our Workplace Experience Associates elevate the sense of community by putting our team members at the core of everything we do! As a Workplace Experience Associate, you will be our team members' primary point of contact and act as the "face" of DraftKings. In addition to duties at the front desk, you will assist our larger Workplace Experience team by collaborating on special events, leading office tours, supporting creative programming, and managing security protocol. What you'll do as a Workplace Experience Associate:

• Curate the experience of the DraftKings office, welcome guests, and assist with the visitor sign-in process following security protocol.
  
• Maintain awareness and orderly appearance of the physical workspace environment through daily walkthroughs and audits
  
• Submit work orders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility issues.
  
• Manage incoming shipments and coordinate pick up and delivery of express mail (UPS, FedEx).
  
• Coordinate, maintain, and restock office supply inventory
  
• Maintain digital hygiene of ticketing platforms, team drives, and budget trackers.
  
• Collaborate with external vendors.
  
• Ensure smooth functioning of the office through core project work, including budget tracking, meeting coordination, on-site experiences/events, and catering.
  
• Integrate DraftKings values into decision-making to foster a culture that is inclusive, enjoyable, and safe.
  

What you'll bring:

• Due to the nature of the position, this role requires you to be in the office 5 days per week.
  
• Professional and welcoming demeanor with a strong customer focus.
  
• Comfortable meeting and engaging with high volumes of team members in our office.
  
• Ability to assess circumstances, prioritize, and make sound decisions.
  
• Detail-oriented mindset, highly organized working style, and a strong sense of urgency to solve problems and address issues as they arise.
  
• Can-do attitude with the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, often time-sensitive environment.
