Are you a problem solver who works well with technology? Do you want to gain experience and learn more about labor reporting metrics? Kings Dominion is looking for a Workforce Specialist. This position is responsible for assisting the Workforce Manager with maintaining workforce management system integrity, understanding data inconsistencies, and ensuring daily requests are handled efficiently. As well as, work with the Workforce Manager to leverage business metrics and KPIs to direct park-wide staffing practices.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One to three years of related experience in scheduling and time keeping processes, preferred.
• Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, time management, and handling multiple tasks.
• Utilize problem solving skills, including working in a fast-paced, service-focused culture.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Flexibility with work schedule to meet business needs including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.
• Assist in providing training and support for scheduling and timekeeping software.
• Process Password Resets and other system requests.
• Ensure time clocks are working appropriately and resolving issues real time.
• Ensure that Divisions are entering data accurately and resolving any real time scheduling issues.
• Provide regular labor reporting metrics to park divisions and help to monitor productivity of labor.
