Adecco is currently assisting a globally banking known client in Dallas, TX in their efforts to fill a Workforce Manager paying $30.28 per hour. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

  • Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week)
  • Length: 11+ month contract
  • Shift/Hours: Mon - Fri / 8:00 - 5:00
  • Pay Rate: $30.28 per hour / Adecco W2
  • Requirements for this Workforce Manager job include, but are not limited to:
    • Responsible for understanding the concept of workflow, including:
    o end-to-end processing
    o assigning work and ensuring associates are not idle
    o manage service level agreements (SLAs)
    o ability to understand complexity of work and capacity requirements to meet SLAs
    o liaising with business partners
    o monitoring system outages, unplanned downtimes, and volume fluctuation
    • Comfortable engaging with management and business partners to raise and discuss errors, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Understanding and coaching associates on QC errors
    • Managing, reporting and coaching associates on performance metrics
    • Assisting learning teams with associate knowledge gaps

    Qualifications for this Workforce Manager job include, but are not limited to:
    • 1 - 2 years experience working with an operations team and/or technology unit
    • 2+ years of Workflow management experience
    • Ability to connect the dots and make sense of information across multiple data points and upstream/downstream dependencies
    • Strong partnership and relationship building skills needed to work with stakeholders across teams, build consensus and execute strategic objectives
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to drive quality goals while meeting aggressive delivery deadlines
    • Proactive and no surprises approach in communicating
    • Ability to learn and adapt to change; ability to think analytically and voice opinion as a subject matter expert
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, team player, flexible
    • Highly organized, adept at time management and problem solving.
