Great local firm has an immediate need for a Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant. The person in this role will be responsible for document creation from a large volume of dictation, drafting of pleadings and correspondence, calendar management and E-Filing. Superior typing speed and accuracy as well as strong proofreading skills required. 3+ years of Workers' Comp experience preferred, with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
