Description: Our client is currently seeking a Workday Integration Developer on a long term consulting basis!

Hiring Focus:

Our client has multiple projects underway and continues to get additional requirements adding to their task list. This Integration Consultant will not be tied to a specific project, but will pivot between different initiatives.

We are seeking someone that loves to do integration work, a highly technical developer - familiar with SDLC, follows good practices, technical documentation and code review capabilities. This role will heavily focus on integrations, working in API's, flat files and cloud connectors.

Hiring Overview:

As a Workday Integration Developer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data flow and system integration within the Workday platform. Your expertise in Workday integrations will contribute to enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this role:
  • Develop and Unit Test Workday Integrations:
    • Collaborate with technical and functional partners to understand integration requirements.
    • Design, build, and test integrations using Workday tools such as Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB), Report-as-a-Service (RaaS), and Workday Studio.
    • Ensure data accuracy and reliability by thoroughly testing integrations.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders:
    • Work closely with business analysts, HR, finance, and other teams to gather integration requirements.
    • Assist in completing requirements analysis and documentation.
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration implementations.
  • Documentation and Change Management:
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations.
    • Implement change management processes to handle updates, enhancements, and modifications to existing integrations.
    • Ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades or changes.

  • To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.
      • Proficiency in Workday tools such as EIB, RaaS, and Workday Studio.
      • Familiarity with APIs for internal data exchange.
