Job Description
The WNET Law Department is currently accepting applications for its Summer 2021 Law Internship Program. This is a full-time, unpaid position, and is open to current law school students who will have completed their first or second year of law school by May 2021.
The internship will start on Monday, June 7, 2021 and continue for eight weeks, ending Friday, July 30, 2021. This program is currently expected to be remote, with the possibility of transitioning to in-person if circumstances permit.

About the Program
WNET is seeking candidates who are motivated, passionate law students with a demonstrated interest in entertainment law, intellectual property, media-related corporate law, and/or non-profit law. Interns will work in WNET's Law Department under the guidance of the General Counsel and staff attorneys on projects involving issues of public interest, media and entertainment, and intellectual property law. Duties will include drafting and reviewing various entertainment industry agreements and legal research on various issues.
