Job Description
WEB DEVELOPER
One of The Select Group's clients in Raleigh, NC is looking to add to their growing team! The ideal candidate has at least 1 full year of professional development experience focused on JavaScript. This person can have experience with any JavaScript framework but React is highly preferred. This person can also sit FULLY REMOTE but must be comfortable working Eastern hours. WEB DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of professional JavaScript experience
• 1+ year of experience with a JavaScript framework- preferably React
• Strong HTML and CSS experience
• Should have UI/UX knowledge
• Aptitude and ability to learn new technologies and grow your skillset
• Any backend development with PHP or Python would be a HUGE PLUS!

WEB DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop websites and web applications.
• Propose project plans to fulfill website and web application development requests.
• Work with organization management and staff on project requirements.
• Maintain and update existing applications to meet security and functionality standards.
• Write software documentation.
• Investigate and experiment with approaches to ascertain best solutions to solve website and web application problems.
• Address accessibility standards throughout the development process.
• Stay up-to-date on modern development best practices.
