Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Benson, MN.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Maintains controls over various types of inventories.
• Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
• Ensures quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct; reports monthly inventory/wholesale inventory levels, forecasts, and may ensure monthly shipments are met.
• Conducts analyses of inventory levels, and my coordinate with production sales requirements.
• Analyzes warehouse needs and efficiencies with the WCM methodology

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 or more years of hands-on warehouse experience, including some supervisory or leadership experience
• OR Associates degree plus 5 or more years of hands-on warehouse experience, including some supervisory or leadership experience
• OR High School Diploma/GED plus 8 or more years of hands-on warehouse experience, including some supervisory or leadership experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• MS Office proficiency
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organization and time management skills
