Job Purpose

This position performs warehouse duties of extracting and weighing raw materials for use in batch making according to company guidelines and quality measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Physical manipulation of drums and pails is needed to access materials.
• Receives raw materials as specified by standard operating procedures through the use of computerized equipment.
• Performs inventory management and warehousing responsibilities by storing all raw materials and equipment in the correct designated areas, accurately records materials and equipment in the proper locations, accurately records materials used based on work order requirements so that all inventory balances may be maintained.
• Accurately stages all materials for production batches per existing standard operating procedures and follows shipping procedures.
• Performs safety and housekeeping aspects of the job by following all safety rules, locking out equipment as required, cleaning up work areas during and at completion of tasks in accordance with 5S, maintaining all work stations and tools in an orderly, clean fashion. Follows ALPS principles.
• Proper safety equipment will be worn as required by job duties.
• Other duties as required.
