Responsibilities

This position can be fully remote or work from any of CIT non-retail branches in the US.

The Vice President, Digital Marketing Platforms and Analytics will be responsible for delivering digital platforms and digital analytics for multiple use-cases. This position will be instrumental in optimizing conversion, transactions and customer satisfaction on CIT Direct Bank's digital experiences. This position will work collaboratively with the line of business teams, analytics teams, technology teams and all Digital disciplines including Legal and Compliance. The candidate must possess in-depth experience managing optimization on websites and apps as well as experience with Agile methodology. The candidate will also need very strong analytical, collaboration, presentation and partnership-building skills.

The VP, Digital Marketing Platforms and Analytics must have deep expertise in marketing and digital analytics with a strong focus on delivering use-cases and solutions at speed and scale to solve business problems and deliver value to our customers. The person must have a strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the Bank to drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as senior product leader with primary focus on Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Experience Platforms (Target, Customer Journey Analytics, Audience Manager, Real Time Customer Data Platform).
  • Actively work with project stakeholders to shape up technical requirements and solutions.
  • Ensures the platform supports execution of tests and analysis of results to surface consumer insights and inform future test plans and feature rollouts.
  • Integrate Adobe Target into AEM solutions, deliver and maintain them in Production.
  • Apply your experience of working with front-end user interface technologies to identify gaps in capability for platform enhancements.
  • Analyze data to understand digital client journeys and customer profiles to make recommendations that will drive higher usage and relevance of our digital channels to customers
  • Establishing every interaction as an opportunity to capture information that enables customer value creation and business advancement
  • Expand and enhance Media & Digital Analytics with a disciplined Test & Learn approach and provide personalized experiences based on audience
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and expand opportunities and use-cases that data and analytics in making business decisions
  • Analyze large, complex data sets to reveal underlying patterns, correlations and trends quantitatively
  • Set up and conduct at scale experiments to test hypotheses and drive business growth


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree along with 10+ years of professional experience
  • Hands on experience on marketing and digital analytics
  • Experience in working on Media Advertising Technologies (AdTech) and Marketing Technologies (MarTech)
  • You have experience designing solutions and integrating multiple Adobe Experience Cloud products into a holistic customer-tailored solution
  • Multi-Touch Attribution experience
  • Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) experience across digital channels including Display, Paid Social, Video and influencer with demonstrated leadership acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, transparent style with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to lead and deliver results
  • Strong skills in oral and written communication including experience in effectively communicating with executives, employees, colleagues, and clients
  • Ability to lead a high-functioning team and develop and train people
  • Experience working on different programming languages (SQL, Python and R) and across different data structures and computing platforms
  • Familiarity with visualization techniques and software
