Responsibilities

The VP, Portfolio Management Commercial Real Estate Finance reports to the Director, Head of Underwriting and Portfolio Management and will manage Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Loans.

• Manage all portfolio management activities on a portfolio of small balance REF loans
• Mentor junior team members
• Collaborate with RMs and UWs to ensure timely and effective management of assigned portfolio
• Analyze and complete quarterly and annual reviews
• Re-grade PD/LGD/Reg Rating
• Analyze and complete modification/credit action requests
• Ongoing loan and relationship monitoring
• Handle additional advance requests
• Assist with internal and external audit and credit exams

Qualifications

• 8 plus years of Commercial Real Estate analysis background
• Underwriting and/or Portfolio Management prior experience
