In this role, you will be responsible for accomodating our guests staying in our Villas, faciliating their needs and providing them with a memorable experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and enjoy working in a team environment, we want to hear from you. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
• Ability to multitask and prioritize guest requests
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
