Leverage data to make real-time decisions, anticipate business questions, drive hypothesis formulation, guide testing, and build a data-driven culture. Conceptualize technology-enabled solutions, guide prototyping and testing, and facilitate learning. Review the impact of digital technologies in alignment with the broader Walmart strategies and drive process efficiencies or enables cost reductions. Use visualization tools to represent data and construct coherent stories to influence decisions. Coach others to consider all major operational functions and cross functional issues. Monitor industry trends, key players, and major competitors; develops strategies accordingly. Lead evaluations of organization's operating functions versus those of the industry. Consult with and advises all major functions. Educate others in operational strategies and the support needed for them. Lead discussions on the evolution and impact of technology, present and future. Guide and provide recommendations to peers and/or reports in operational execution and utilization of One Best Way documentation. Oversee proper safety and security procedures to ensure compliance adherence. Set and oversee all operational routines for departments and staff. Monitor and predict industry regulation changes and makes corresponding action plans. Design strategies to minimize process breakdowns/problems and safety risks within the organization. Collaborate with partners in the value chain to achieve beneficial working relationships and positive outcomes. Lead cross functional business initiatives and encourage team to cultivate relationships across the business. Facilitate cross functional team thinking and brainstorming activities to collectively create and share ideas. Establish shared goals and information sharing platform to foster collaboration. Resolve issues related to collaborative efforts in varying business conditions. Seek out individuals with different perspectives to help foster creativity and personal growth. Develop, evaluate, and implement proposed business cases for projects and initiatives. Influence business stakeholder decision making. Translate business requirements into strategies, initiatives, and projects and aligns them to business strategy and objectives and drives the execution of deliverables. Demonstrate deep expertise of multiple business units/organizations being supported. Build and articulate the business case and return on investment and delivers work that has demonstrable value. Challenge business assumptions on topics related to one's domain expertise. Develop new organization-wide processes and ways of working. Teach and guide others on best practices. Proactively engage in the external community to build Walmart's brand and learn more about industry practices. Confidently present to a diverse organization wide audience, positioning arguments/data with a well-structured story. Mentor others in the resolution of complex supplier issues; consult on the trends of vendor management. Develop and deploy mechanisms that lead to positive relationships between the business and suppliers. Lead the evaluation of product plans/directions for impact on supply chain requirements. Establish best practices for monitoring vendors efficacy, reliability, and performance. Manage and develop commercial relationships with the senior levels of management in supplier organizations. Determine procurement policies for the organization, including 'build or buy' criteria. Investigate new ways to align business processes with organizational goals. Monitor Business Process Improvement application trends in various fields such as financial and customer service. Modify Business Process Improvement approaches; develop new approaches to achieve improvement. Lead in the development of Business Process Improvement best practices within the organization. Lead in defining organizational strategic goals, purposes, and customers. Coach others on how to radically change the performance of organizations. Propagate lessons learned from observing and analyzing crises management in other organizations. Describe a successful track record of various high-level crisis management positions in diverse industries. Direct the internal and external communications needed to address and ameliorate a crisis. Mobilize crisis teams in actual crisis; keeps executive management advised of status. Negotiate contracts with standby or backup production facilities. Define multiple crisis levels and types of response required for each level. Create, implement, and monitor processes and procedures for organizational reliability management for hardware products. Champion the use of new technologies and methods for reliability management. Lead the definition, implementation and reporting of hardware reliability requirements. Establish best practices for hardware reliability testing design and implementation. Lead evaluations of product associated costs with the costs of designing reliability tests. Predict industry and marketplace trends and developments in reliability management in order to optimize current processes. Align change initiatives with the best of present organizational values, strategic intent, and practices. Test potential change opportunities and strategies with key stakeholders. Ensure that "external" factors (e.g., market, customer, business drivers) are considered in formulating change objectives. Champion change programs by keeping the focus on the desired end state while acknowledging the human impact. Foster a corporate culture that embraces change. Develop targeted programs for management and high potential employees. Design or select programs that meet prioritized needs and allow for variety in learning styles. Evaluate internal and external providers to identify the best supplements to the organization's already existing programs. Monitor employee progress in specialized programs to ensure that all program goals are met. Consult on how and where to research training issues like tools, delivery methods, programs, etc. Coach others on the use of live instruction and technology-based approaches for diverse groups. Predict future trends of contracts management and administration. Lead in defining the processes and tools for contracts administration. Advocate the development of new technologies and tools for contracts management and administration. Create a system to manage documentation for the organization's contracts and litigation. Review and approves all major budget adjustments; negotiate and reconcile line-item variances. Discuss alternative budgeting strategies versus business situations. Champion importance of rigor in budget managing, reporting, and explaining. Ensure organizational budgeting practices meet regulatory requirements. Introduce technologies, policies, and programs for more effective budget management. Monitor and ensure adherence to organization's financial practices and standards. Champion the use of new and innovative expense management tools and methods. Design and implement reports that monitor various components of expense management. Select appropriate qualified suppliers and negotiates related contracts. Coordinate the procurement of a variety of products, materials, and services. Monitor effectiveness of procurement policies in high cost or critical path purchases. Compare and contrast alternative sourcing strategies (sole sourcing, reverse auctions, etc.). Develop alternative sources of supply for the manufacturing organization. Assist in creating contingency plans for and with critical suppliers. Critically evaluate credibility and reliability of sources of data, information, and digital content. Create predictive models on how changes in accounting/financial landscape may impact existing /new business from a transaction recording and reporting perspective. Identify the potential solutions to business problems using data and advanced analytics. Define best visualization approach and solutions for specific business issues and use multiple techniques to create interactive dashboards. Recommend system changes to incorporate data recording changes basis regulatory guidelines Identify opportunities to change reporting/ recognition processes in interest of business. Recommend analytics-based solutions as per new industry trends. Role models the ability to develop and execute effective negotiation strategies that enhance long-term relationships and benefits for all stakeholders at the enterprise level. Set objectives and establish tactical approaches for the negotiation such as defining new pricing model, new ways of contracting etc. Use persuasive arguments to influence others to achieve optimal procurement outcomes. Approve agreement structures for complex negotiations. Share strategic insights and knowledge to help others make sound decisions. Lead the development of communication and change frameworks to drive change management processes. Leads the evaluation, selection, and implementation of project management processes. Monitor industry for fresh approaches, benchmarking industry best practices and adjust approach in response to changing business needs. Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 7 years' experience in maintenance, operations or related field OR 9 years' experience in maintenance, operations, or related field.
2 years' experience in multi-unit maintenance support
