The Supply Chain Product team builds products to optimize the experience for millions of customers. You'll work directly with technology teams to develop solutions that will change and advance the Warehouse Management System in our rapidly expanding eCommerce fulfillment network. You'll make an impact by:

  • Developing and enhancing products- you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risksin our eCommerce solutions
  • Defining vision and strategiesfor your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
  • Building collaborative relationshipswith key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
  • Providing overall directionby analyzing business objectives and customer needs
  • Building a team environmentby selecting, training, and mentoring a team of 8-10 Product Managers

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, 3+ years of experience working on large-scale eCommerce Supply Chain & Fulfillment products, 5+ years of experience leading diverse high-performing product teams
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, 5+ years of experience working on large-scale eCommerce Supply Chain & Fulfillment products, 7+ years of experience leading diverse high-performing product teams

  • MBA

BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-06100:The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00



















Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
