ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Service/Install/Repair in an efficient and safe manner to assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment/duties for existing and new accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to company/management policies and procedures.
  • Maintain good customer relations and increase the chiller service market in the Cincinnati area.
  • Maintain proper and accurate documentation, including factory warranty forms.
  • Ensure customer response in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ensure personal accessibility to customers and managers.
  • Maintain updated safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the performance of service and repair projects within the assigned customer accounts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

To best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following qualifications:
  • Working hours 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Additional hours as necessary).
  • Satisfactory completion of industry aptitude test. (Strong refrigeration background)
  • Minimum 5 years field experience.
  • EPA Refrigeration certification (Universal)
  • Kentucky State journeyman license required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Above average electrical, hydronic systems and refrigeration troubleshooting skills.
  • Team Player.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Must be self-motivated, goal and results oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have high standards of quality with attention to detail; good computer skills.
