We're a FinTech that's using insight from customers and colleagues worldwide to improve financial services for families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations. We're a team of over 10,000 people spanning 200 countries and territories. We believe when money moves, better things happen.

Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We'll be looking to you to perform financial, operational audits, compliance, and/or technology audit reviews as part of a team under the supervision of an Internal Audit Manager. You will collaborate in financial and operational audits, with a focus on high-risk complex businesses and/or multiple business groups including technology, compliance, accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, and procurement. Additionally, in this unique program, you'll join others in this 5-month-long cohort in a series of networking and skills development activities as part of your onboarding at Western Union. Along with the responsibilities above, you will gain exposure to CliftonStrengths® coaching, topical deep-dive sessions, team building, executive networking opportunities, and enriching team project work.

This role is designed for young professionals beginning their careers. You will have recently (Winter of 2020 or Spring of 2021) received your undergraduate degree in a related business field. Whilst you may not have professional work experience, we are looking for you to bring the following general skills to the table:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, or Business.

* Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills

* Advanced written and verbal communication skills
