Stellantis is looking for a User Channel Lead within the SWX organization to deliver world-class customer experience across the connected vehicle program's web, mobile and IoT channels. The Channel Lead will manage a user channel based on the organization's needs and be responsible for developing technical solutions to business processes related to connected vehicle applications/features for their channel. He/she will provide technical leadership and direction to the global development teams and architects. The employee will be responsible for defining, analyzing and reviewing requirements that can help fulfill business needs and deliver high quality features to our customers, coordinating deployments, as well as driving continuous improvement to the development process through automation and process simplification. Additionally, the Lead will support issue triaging and root cause analysis when necessary.
