Established High End Construction firm headquartered in Long Island City, Queens seeks to hire a dynamic Temp to Perm Executive Personal Assistant to its Founder & CEO. Due to the pandemic this will be a mix of remote and onsite work at the discretion of management. The Assistant will work to effectively manage and execute on the CEO's daily activities. The firm services exclusive, high-net-worth, and high-profile clientele, and is known for its concierge-level service, unparalleled quality, and integrity. Responsibilities will include managing a complex calendar, arranging domestic and international travel for CEO and family members, preparing detailed trip itineraries, tracking incoming emails and other correspondence, management of company contact databases, generating appropriate reports, processing CEO expense reports, conducting industry research, providing marketing support as needed, management of family residences, personal tasks as directed by the founder, travel and appointments, and other tasks as they arise. This is a fantastic opportunity for a demonstrated Executive Assistant who is looking to gain exposure at the CEO level. The ideal candidate will have 3 + years' experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, be organized, have excellent written and oral communication skills, keen attention to detail, flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work overtime as requested, resourceful, ability to analyze complex situations and exercise common sense and judgment, have a proactive nature and be positive force in the office. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am/8:30am - 5:30pm with the ability to be on call. Candidates must be comfortable with being accessible at night and on the weekends. Salary is up to $85K depending on experience with a robust benefits package.
