What You Will Be Doing - Oversee field crews in the operations department
- Establish construction schedules & review accounting reports
- Communicate with Vendors, subcontractors and clients
- Review invoices and timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms
- Ensure construction is being completed on time and within budget
What You Need for this Position - 3+ years experience working as a superintendent.
- Commercial construction experience required
- Hotel renovation experience
What's In It for You - Base salary from $120k - $140k
