Are you our next Transformation Lead?

This role is eligible for a hybrid remote - office schedule

Do you want to join a Supply Chain Transformation team that is working to adopt innovation, serve customers better, and build a Transformational culture? Our next Transformation Lead will help in the development and sustainability of a Transformational cultural with our Global Supply Chain. You will manage the prioritization and execution of Transformation projects which meet yearly Transformation objectives. You will assist in leading the deployment, integration and sustainability of continuous improvement projects including performance strategies and department wide change management initiatives.

Where you will be working:

Mosaic's FishHawk Location in Lithia, Florida is the Operational Headquarters of The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS). The employees at FishHawk provide Business Support Services to our North America Operations in the United States and Canada and support our Global Customer base in countries around the world. The FishHawk site is home to our North America Shared Services (NASS) and our Integrated Operations Center (IOC). The innovative NextGen technology of the IOC accesses information from various operational systems and site locations remotely, allowing employees to make real-time, data-driven decisions about operations from a centralized location.

What will you do?

• Act as change leader.
  
• Assist in the removal of barriers to ensure completion of Transformation milestones and initiatives.
  
• Teach and mentor formal and informal change agents and enablers to optimize the ability of the Supply Chain to effectively implement change at the optimal pace and sustainability.
  
• Identify opportunities for Transformation and prioritize and complete improvement opportunities with the Transformation team and Supply Chain personnel, ensuring alignment with key business objectives.
  
• Assess and assist in leading the development, implementation, optimization and sustainability of performance strategies including Supply Chain KPI's, meeting cadence, meeting effectiveness, systems, reliability, engagement, safety, and quality that influence culture and engagement, as well as recognition.
  
• Assist in leading the reporting and conduct data analysis.
  
• Ensure that best practices are shared across the organization and key learning incorporated across the different areas of the Supply Chain.
  

What do you need for this role?

• A Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent combination of training/education and experience
  
• Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Lean Training
  
• Minimum 8+ years relevant industrial experience
  
• Bonus if you have 3+ years' experience creating and executing continuous improvement and change management activities that drive organizational results and change
  
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience with an understanding of the dynamics of interpersonal relationships
  
• Experience creating and executing Continuous Improvement activities that drive organizational results and change
  
• Formal training in Change Management, Continuous Improvement such as, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizan, Workout, and/or SCRUM
  
• Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with plant operations software such as: PI, OIS and MOIS and/or statistical analysis software
  
• Ability to hold performance dialogues and identify root-causes of problems with all levels of the organizations. Drives to actionable outcomes and follows up on results
  
• Proficiency in training, communication, presentations skills and development of materials
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects, train and motivate a wide range of employees.
  
• Incumbent must be a good verbal communicator
