Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Transactions/Contracts Attorney for an exciting temporary remote role with a DC organization! JD required. Must have 4+ years' experience in drafting, revising and enforcing contracts such as: grant documents, NDAs, service agreements, license agreements, and amendments letters.
