Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.:The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, managing, and implementing professional development and staff training programs for University Libraries. The position will provide guidance and support for supervisors by developing and delivering professional development solutions to enhance staff performance. This role will also collaborate with library leadership to foster a culture of innovative and inclusive research and scholarship.
Job Duties:This is a System Project Staff (SPS) position, which is a non-permanent benefits eligible position for one year and is subject to renewal.
