What You Will Be Doing - Creating complicated tax returns (individual, corporate and partnership returns).
- Evaluating tax-related issues and draw decisions.
- Creating estimates for the quarter and year-end to help clients with tax preparation.
- Working on a variety of accounting, auditing, and tax assignments as directed by a manager, partner, or supervisor.
- Identifying and meeting deadlines set by the client and time limitations.
- Start learning the skills required to create dependable client relationships and loyalty.
- Taking part in company training programs to hone your technical abilities.
- Providing first-rate customer service by creating high-caliber work with a rapid turn-around and attentive support.
- Developing your tax research skills, including a working grasp of the firm's reference sources.
What You Need for this Position - 5 years Public Accounting
- Experience managing a team
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or similar
- CPA Certification
- Experience with: S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships or HNW
- Industry Experience A PLUS: Real Estate, Automotive, Construction, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare or Hedge Fund
