TOOLING MANAGER

We are currently seeking a Tooling Manager with the below qualifications:
Professional Attributes
- Directly responsible for the definition, adherence to, and improvement of all engineering processes as well as the direct supervision of the technical staff
- Coordinate new product development activities, from concept to production, ensuring the timely completion of projects and high quality results
- Be responsible for the execution and maintenance of all engineering processes
- Coordinate manufacturing documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in company strategic planning as a member of the senior management team
- Visit customers as required to assist with product design-in and application support
- Directs the work of others
- Food Safety Team Member
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
- 2 years related management experience and full-time appropriate practical workplace experience or equivalent training
- Skills necessary for examining, questioning, evaluating and reporting.
- Skills necessary for communicating and giving direction
- Ability to work with and direct people
- Computer skills
- Positive attitude - Maintains positive outlook while working through obstacles
- High degree of professionalism
- Effective communicator with all levels of organizations and types of customers
- Leadership - Action oriented with ability to act independently, analyze a situation, recommend ideas and build consensus for solutions
