Position Summary

MAG Aerospace has an opportunity for a Test Support Technician. The Test Support Technician supports developmental test and evaluation tasks, including test set-up, execution, and data collection at the TSA System Integration Facility in Arlington Virginia. Supports activities include corrective & preventive maintenance; installations, removals, and relocations; upgrades; and deliveries.

*This Role Does Not Support Remote Work*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Maintaining accurate maintenance logs.
• Observing acceptance tests.
• Escorting visitors in the equipment labs.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a TSA suitability clearance.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Minimum years of related experience required:

• None

Education

• AA/AS or 2-year Technical School Certificate in Information Technoligy

Desired Requirements

• Prior experience as a DHS/TSA Transportation Security Officer preferred but not required.

Physical requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift fifty pounds.
