Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of the JWS system for inbound and outbound traffic.
• Coordinate with Dispatchers on all orders of Materials, Customers, and Operations.
• Coordinate with dispatchers regarding customer demands for deliveries.
• Verify zones, pricing, and carriers needed to fulfill customer orders.
• Support pay issues with Admin and Dispatchers.
• Work with operations regarding material demand, storage tank demand and inventory projections.
• Work directly with Customers on weekly projections as well as any changes required daily.
• Assist as needed in terminal and admin requirements.

Skills:

• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude with co-workers, carrier dispatchers, truck drivers, customers and vendors by possessing strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft Word and Power Point,
• Have strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel. In addition they must be fast, accurate, detail-orientated and organized.
• Must follow direction thoroughly and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Education:

• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in an office setting and/or logistics is preferred but not required.
