Our client is a leading alternative asset manager focused on private equity and private credit based in Andover, MA. They are seeking a Temporary to Hire Administrative Assistant. This individual will take on basic admin duties like answering phones and stocking fridges, while also supporting senior executives and the HR manager in various tasks and helping with their CRM system. This role pays up to 22/hr, and can annualize up to the mid-50s for a salary. The ideal candidate would possess a Bachelor's Degree, knowledge of Microsoft suite required, especially PowerPoint, 2+ years admin/office support experience. Specific duties include managing calendar and appointments, receiving and screening visitors and phone calls, preparing correspondence, making travel arrangements and preparing itineraries, maintaining expense reports, setting up business files, and general office functions.
