Our client, an elderly care service located in Stoneham, MA, is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Office Assistant. In this role, you will assist with clerical duties, take minutes during meetings, maintain records, perform data entry, answer and direct phone calls, maintain supplies, and assist with ad hoc administrative projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an office, a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and superior written and verbal communication skills. This role will comprise of a Monday-Friday,. 9am-1pm schedule and will compensate $19/hour.
