Our client, a financial services firm in Waltham, is seeking a Document Services Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for prepping, scanning and indexing all forms received, supporting internal departments' imaging needs, and monitoring electronic submissions. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong computer skills, previous administrative/office experience, and typing proficiency. This role is paying $18/hour on the contract side and between 40-45K once permanent. Qualified candidates should apply today for immediate consideration.
