Compensation: $25.10/hour

The Technology Specialist After Hours provides entry level monitoring and response to technology issues utilizing the company service desk as well as a variety of hardware/software tools and techniques on our 2nd and 3rd shifts. They provide entry level software and systems troubleshooting, support, and training to end users.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible, evening position. Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm to 12:00 am, and some assigned on call weekends required.

Responsibilities Include:

* Works with end users to identify and deliver required technology service levels.
* Receives, prioritizes, and responds to incoming service desk tickets, calls, or e-mails regarding technology issues.
* Performs entry level analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of technological problems for a variety of on-site and remote end users. Also recommend and implement corrective solutions.
* Escalates problems to the appropriate IT service groups, or appropriate service desk instances.
* Installs, configures, and tests end user hardware/software installations.
* Performs desktop and laptop image deployment.
* Maintains an inventory of various technology hardware.
* Schedules and performs technology upgrades and repairs.
* Works towards meeting expected service levels and performance metrics.
* Provides weekend on-call rotation.
* Other duties as assigned.

* High School/GED degree required
* Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred

At least one (1) year experience preferred
