AAA Washington

AAA Washington is looking for a Technology Product Manager, Salesforce to guide our product strategy, feature set, and release plans for our Salesforce product ecosystem.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' experience and leadership in product management and/or project management and minimum of 3 years' experience with Salesforce. Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

Major responsibilities include:

• Guiding and participating in enterprise-level Salesforce product strategy, planning, and delivery in support of sales, service and roadside assistance interactions.

• Assuming relationship management responsibility for Salesforce platforms, acting as knowledge leader for product features, capabilities, roadmaps, and support.

• Providing enterprise-level program leadership for the implementation of Salesforce platforms, aligning objectives among internal stakeholders, setting goals, and supporting a cross-functional team of product advocates.

• Facilitating the full lifecycle of technology product management across diverse teams.

Target hiring salary range is $103,800 - $134,900 and offer rate is based on experience.

Opportunity for discretionary Annual Company-wide bonus.
