Responsibilities: Technical writer with experience accurately documenting complex system steps in a simple user-friendly layout for non-technical users. Short-term temporary contract to work with Super-users to identify and clearly document key functions required for various Subject Matter Experts to respond to feedback electronically received from sales force. Candidate will need to work independently and collaborate with identified super-users to write, design and produce required system materials (job aids, system manual, etc.)
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. At least one year of experience translating and documenting complex subject material into a non-technical format.
