InterSystems' Learning Technology team is looking for a full-time Technical Specialist at our Cambridge, MA headquarters to join the team responsible for developing, managing and supporting our online learning solutions. We play a crucial role in educating our customers and partners, and enabling their success with our database platform, interoperability, and analytics technologies.

In this role you will contribute significantly to the development and/or maintenance of systems and integrations enabling delivery and analysis of our online content.

In this role you will:

• Design and develop back-end web applications, systems, and integrations
• Maintain and support our existing applications, systems, and integrations
• Leverage CI/CD methodology as applicable
• Work with your teammates to evolve and standardize our tech stack
• Research, evaluate, and implement new tools into the workflow as needed

Your experience includes:

• 2+ years
• maintaining and supporting Live systems
• building back-end web applications
• Leveraging CI/CD
• Including version and source control, and build tools
• Leveraging virtualization for hosting web apps
• Data Pipeline - specifically, Data Table and Schema creation (SQL)
• Application security
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Outstanding attention to quality and detail
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take the initiative to make positive changes
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team

You might also have:

• Python expertise
• Docker/Kubernetes experience

Education

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent STEM field (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), or equivalent experience.
