Title: Technical Program Manager II
Location: Austin, TX

Position Description
Responsibilities:

• Work with Sales to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections and develop strategies to resolve technical impediments.
• Technical sales with SMB customers through deep customer discovery, needs and requirements analysis and preparing and delivering product messaging to highlight our value proposition using slide presentations and product demonstrations
• Maintain on-going technical relationships with SMB customers e.g. conducting technical reviews, best practice sessions, filing bugs and feature requests, monitoring and ensuring proper usage reporting.
• Work hands-on with our suite of API products to demonstrate and prototype integrations.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in technical sales engineering or customer-facing roles (e.g., professional services, sales engineering, or solutions architecture).
• Experience in web, mobile or cloud application development (i.e., Java, JavaScript, HTML5, etc).
