The Team Lead is directly responsible for leading the team that supports high growth clients, and is tasked with helping these clients get the best results from their marketing campaigns on Meta products. This individual will coach their team and directly influence clients in order to develop relationships and augment sales. In addition to developing a high-performing team, this person will be responsible for working with other teams across Meta to improve results and partnership and results for our clients.
Team Lead, eCommerce - Mid Market Account Management Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of 5+ Account Managers
- Coach, develop and inspire your direct reports to achieve targets
- Engage directly with portfolio of clients to accelerate revenue growth
- Identifying actionable insights to improve client results and develop team strategy
- Monitor progress against goals and respond to changes in the market
- Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years leading teams or coaching and developing individuals
- 10+ years marketing and sales experience
- eCommerce Industry experience
