About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to support B2B sales teams with sales strategies and prospecting efforts.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee the targeted leads and opportunities process, from initial contact to transfer of relationship internally
  • Establish strong relationships with the sales teams, sales leaders, and internal product partners
  • Oversee department workflow and effectively communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to team members
  • Provide guidance to employees on departmental projects/issues, coach and develop training plans, lead development conversations, and answer day-to-day questions for team members
  • Focus on data driven decision making and share the information, achievements, and issues with leadership for process improvement and scalability
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and work with the management team for performance reward or performance escalation
  • Listen to calls and coach as necessary to ensure team growth and improvement
  • Audit the team's performance and use insights to highlight opportunities for improvement, additional training, or development
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Strong knowledge of the Sales and Account Management field
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and concepts
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions and adjust sales strategies based upon data results.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to develop and coach team members with proven ability to achieve results through collaboration and teamwork
  • Self-starter with strong decision-making skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the company, clearly expressing ideas and concepts, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3+ years related business development experience required
  • 1+ years leadership experience required
  • Experience with Salesforce or another sales-focused CRM required
  • Salesforce certification(s) preferred
