Compensation: $25.33 - $34.25 hourly - dependent on education
POSITION PURPOSE
The ACT/ACT TAY Team Leader establishes, administers and directs the program of Assertive Community Treatment (Transitional-Aged Youth) ensuring appropriate services are provided by a multidisciplinary team and functions as a practicing clinician on the team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
• Provide supervision of ACT team members to include at least one hour of face-to-face individual supervision, day, weekend, and evening availability for consultation and ongoing opportunity for skill development
• Ensure appropriate documentation and recording occurs within individual case records per policy
• Participate in daily team meetings
• Ensure face-to-face initial screenings occur upon referral to the ACT program
• Conduct screenings and assessments for potential consumers
• Provide regular reports to program director on budget and daily operations of the program
• Ensure the multidisciplinary team remains fully staffed
• Other duties as assigned

• Oversee day to day operations and tasks of supervisees
• Complete performance development/AIM process
• Timecard Management – manages time sheets
• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals
• Clinical oversight

EDUCATION
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation/vocational/pastoral counseling, family therapy or closely-related field required
WORK EXPERIENCE
• The completion of a practicum or at least one (1) year of experience under the supervision of a QMHP required
• All experience must include working with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) required
LPC or LCSW preferred
