What You Will Be Doing Function as the firms lead Tax Manager
- Direct the firms Tax Operations including team development and client communications
- Lead, advise, mentor, and manage staff members
- Responsible for leading and executing complex tax engagements and reviewing the work of the staff
- Network and promote the firm
What You Need for this Position CPA required, masters in taxation (MST) preferred
- 10+ years of CPA/Public Accounting experience, including demonstrated leadership within a CPA firm
- Detailed knowledge of U.S. Federal and State income tax filing requirements and related issues including
consolidated and multi-state returns
- Experience with foreign tax matters affecting multinational businesses and individuals is a plus
- Strong technical skills
- Strong people management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Strong organization, project management and analytical skills
