RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tax Analyst in Juno Beach, FL.Essential Duties:

• Under general supervision, responsible for moderate to complex projects associated with the maintenance of tax records and the preparation of all or specifically assigned tax returns, separate company corporate income tax and partnership tax returns, consolidated tax returns and related reports
• Prepares and reviews federal/state/local income tax returns, schedules, extensions and payment estimates in line with the company's tax filing calendar
• Responsible for conducting financial and economic analyses, developing and preparing the organization's financial plans and budgets and interpreting financial reports and tax returns
• Will research inquiries from government agencies regarding filings, compliance, and other claims, prepare tax calculations to support FIN 48 and other tax controversy analyses, and will conduct tax assumptions in project models

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required ; preferred degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related
• Designation as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
• This position requires 3+ years of experience in tax
