We are seeking a dedicated Tax Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager, for our Personal Property tax division. The tax analyst will assist with preparation of documents required to support project scope and do task driven data gathering and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Independent analysis of data to assist with appeal determination and project completion

• Assist with preparation of documents to support scope of work and jurisdiction requirements.

• Accurately fill out forms, gather data necessary to meet project requirements an accurately fill out data in systems and forms

• Learning Valuation concept and processes to allow next steps to be anticipated and form opinions from analysis performed

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Accounting or Math required

• Less than 1 year of relevant experience required

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat required

• Advanced Excel skills

• Excellent communication skills including written word
