Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$68,659.00-$109,856.00

We are looking for a Talent Programs Specialist to join our team to support HR Functions (Global Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HRIS) and programs that elevate the employee experience, drive automation, and continuous improvement.

The successful individual will provide:

  • Project Administration: Participate on project teams to develop solutions and improve effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes, policies, and programs
  • Interact with internal contacts including: Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Finance, and IT
  • HR Technology Solutions: Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes and service levels; share those ideas with the HR Services team and leadership.
  • Workday Administration: Serve as part of the global administration support for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and partner to build governance around utilization of system. Additional responsibility includes communication with external talent to resolve application related concerns.
  • 3rd party tool integration and maintenance: Continual review for process improvements.
  • Vendor Management: contract review and administration, onboarding of vendors
  • Background Enablement & Support: Background vendor (HireRight) training and processes, back up for coordinator on management for all background checks.
  • Backoffice support: invoicing, create knowledge base materials including videos, emails, training documents, etc. as needed for new tools and processes.
  • Corporate Internship Program Facilitation: support recruitment efforts, onboarding, and event planning

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems
  • 1 year of recruiting or HR support in global company
  • 1 year of background check experience
  • 1 year of vendor management and program/project management
  • Excellent customer focus with the ability and desire to partner with HR colleagues, internal and external partners.
  • Strong communication skills including ability to clearly articulate information and ideas orally and in writing; ability to communicate compellingly to impact and influence decision making.

Preferred Experience:
  • Working Knowledge of Workday (HCM)
  • MS Excel (Advance level)
  • MS PowerPoint (Advance level)
  • Familiarity with benefits plans, compensation, and recruiting concepts
  • Exposure to general HR state and federal laws
