Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Talent Acquisition Manager in the Human Resources department at Behavioral Health Network!

**NOTICE**
In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support BHN with the following:

  • Guide BHN to meeting its staffing goals; one of our organization's top strategic priorities.
  • Manage the recruiting and support staff in full life cycle recruitment to ensure staffing needs are fully met.
  • Support design, development, and implementation of talent review process to achieve results in the creation of top talent pool.
  • Serve as a business partner to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Complete hiring process within defined metrics to fill positions as quickly as possible.
  • Develop strategies to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment life cycle in order to minimize cost-per-hire.
  • Work closely with other depts. to collect and coordinate aggregate data on talent pool and translate those data into recommendations through data analysis.
  • Collect, analyze and maintain data to inform targeted leadership development (succession planning).
  • Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, performance management, promotion and succession planning.

What are we looking for in a Talent Acquisition Manager?
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, counseling, presentation, negotiation and analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to design and implement full-cycle performance management programs.
  • Seven years of broad HR experience including talent management and performance management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics, and relationship management.
  • Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
  • Experience in all areas of sourcing including internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs.
  • Experience in working with affirmative action plan requirements.
