For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality and best in class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder ("OUD").

Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner will be responsible for executing all phases of the employment process with a consultative approach to hiring managers on the recruiting strategy, market conditions, talent pools, and the competitive landscape for exempt and non-exempt level roles. This role takes a strategic approach in networking, building candidate pipelines for the functional areas that are supported, finding talent that meets the business needs, and most importantly fits CMG's unique culture. This position will be responsible for placing recruitment advertising, in-depth research on markets; source candidates online, and apply best practice recruitment techniques to meet the human capital needs of the company.

Essential Functions:

  • Creates a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
  • Drives job posting optimization initiatives and identifies opportunities to refine the talent acquisition process to improve efficiencies and the candidate experience
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop specific recruiting strategies based on market conditions
  • Manages hard to fill openings using innovative sourcing channels to find top talent including social media, resume mining, diversity resources, and networking.
  • Conducts in-depth initial interviews to assess potential candidates for the level of interest, qualifications, and compensation requirements, selecting which candidates to present to the Hiring Manager for next level interviews.
  • Effectively coaches hiring managers in recruitment and selection processes while ensuring compliance with affirmative action, equal employment Opportunity, and all other legal requirements
  • Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to increase efficiencies in the recruiting process and identify potential candidates
  • Continuously develops business knowledge of company and departmental objectives, industry and key corporate challenges, and current market dynamics
  • Drives and manages the candidate experience through the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Monitors in-process background checks and manages employee and vendor response times to established service level agreements
  • Analyzes metrics on technology usage in order to recommend process improvements
  • Ensures regulatory aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process are compliant with federal and state legislation.
  • Manages full-cycle recruitment of up to 150 requisitions at any time with support from a Staffing Coordinator.
  • Effectively fills a minimum of 80% of all assigned requisitions within forty-five (45) days of being assigned.
  • Utilizes various technology and time management tools to manage all communication expectations internally and externally to respond to queries via email or voicemail within 48 business hours
  • Monitors the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to efficiently move all applications through the application process in a timely manner responding to all new applications within 72 business hours.
  • Promotes a positive company image in all communications and interactions with candidates.
  • May travel up to 30%

Education/Certification:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.


Required Knowledge:

  • Must be able to understand how to source and recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand motivation" to attract top talent with a passion for our company mission.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to exercise initiative in planning, implementing, monitoring, and being accountable for achieving desired outcomes
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the use of and strong familiarity with automated talent acquisition systems is (required)
  • Proficiency in the use of relevant office applications and software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Office products (desired)
  • Experience with the use of social media for recruitment branding, sourcing, and hiring activities (required)

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant recruiting-related experience to include leading and participating in full-cycle recruitment activities and experience recruiting passive candidates. Healthcare recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Understand affirmative action requirements and impact on the recruiting process
  • Understand Return On Investment (ROI) and use metrics to determine progress
