Job Description

Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant I, Language Services, you will recruit to provide qualified or certified medical interpreters to work on-site as contracted InPerson Interpreters (IPIs) in various regions across the country. The ideal consultant will work closely with management to develop recruitment strategies by assessing the local market for designated positions and identifying recruitment trends and market changes.

Job Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains strong rapport with internal departments and hiring managers.
  
• Develops and maintains diverse applicant pools.
  
• Follow-ups with applicants regarding their applicant status.
  
• Posts job requisitions.
  
• Screens applicants and conducts phone and in-person interviews to ensure applicants meet licensing, certification, education and experience requirements.
  
• Addresses compensation issues related to hiring.
  
  Education
  
• Bachelor's Degree | Preferred, but not required.
  
  Minimum Work Experience
  
• 2+ years of work experience in sales and/or recruitment and sourcing, including some experience working in a recruitment agency or corporate environment.
  
• Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
  
• Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  
• Experience with sourcing and negotiating.

• Strong collaboration, customer service, communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Computer proficiency MS Word, Excel, applicant tracking systems, and Internet sourcing techniques.

Pay Rate
$40,000 - $50,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
