Our client, a leading provider of corporate events, is seeking a Systems Analyst that will provide systems analysis, solutions, and configuration for tools supporting Design, Creative and Agency system. The System Analyst will conduct both run-the-business activities along with providing system application expertise to strategic projects, as needed.

• Responsible for the configuration of including continuous improvements / enhancements to SaaS, Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS), and custom application(s).
• Provides functional support for assigned applications, including integration, maintenance, enhancements, report development, system upgrades, and other activities
• Maintains update-to-date functional knowledge relating to Design, Agency and Strategy specific applications, business processes, and suggests solutions for system improvement
• Creates functional specs, assists technical teams, creates test scripts and data during testing
• Logs and tracks problem and development requests including message handling, resolution tracking, and problem escalation
• Serves as liaison between stakeholders / super users and development teams
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements

• 3+ Years in a System Analyst role
• Experience supporting SaaS and COTS applications
• Experience with configuring Workfront or similar work management tool
• Experience with configuring Procim or similar project and budget management tools preferred
• Must have strong analytical, documentation and communication skills
• Must have strong PC skills (all Microsoft Office products)
