Pennoni Associates is in search for an experienced System Administrator to help redefine how IT Services are delivered in a modern distributed multi-discipline engineering firm. This individual must be a forward thinker who can proactively plan, multitask, troubleshoot, and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills.

The Systems Administrator will support delivering Windows desktop and mobile device management (MDM) solutions utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Experience creating, customizing, deploying and automating software packages using MECM and MEM for over 3000 endpoints

• Maintain driver, bios and firmware on HP and Dell computers

• Create and manage compliance rules and settings for end point devices (Windows, iOS, etc.) following industry standards such as CIS or NIST

• Provide detailed reports on deployments
• Determine best use-case to move workloads from MECM to MEM(Intune)
• Evaluates and addresses or flags safety, privilege, and firewall configuration for endpoint software
• Provide recommendations for system automation and streamlining process

• Contributor in mapping IT services and Microsoft cloud capabilities to compliancy controls such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, HIPAA, etc.
